Custom Design Innovations currently provides review services for Injection Molded parts and for Injection Mold Design. We pull up your designs on our design stations and investigate these designs for improvements that will improve the quality of the parts from an engineering standpoint. We can suggest design changes that may lead to fewer parts in an assembly or fewer screws or other attachment devices.  You provide the materials you intend to use, along with a CD with the data, and we will help you finalize a design that we feel will give you exactly what you need for a successful run of the product. This is a very critical stage for us to be involved because at this point we can visualize the actual construction of the mold and how it will run in the press. This knowledge is an absolute must if you want the best Injection Molded Part design that will result in the most competitive manufacturing cost.

Once we have communicated to you all the changes that need to be made, and the part design is finalized, we can shift to the actual Injection Mold Design and help you through this next step. We can help you find the correct tool source for your mold building needs as well.  We have worked with shops in the Far East, Europe, Canada and the US.
